The growth of the pharmaceutical and micro-electronics industries has resulted in the development of requirements for sophisticated High-Purity Systems which are beyond the capabilities of all but the most progressive mechanical contracting firms.  IPPC has kept abreast of these developments to insure that we can provide clients with up-to¬date high-quality installations that adhere to the F.D.A's G.M.P. guidelines.  IPPC developed and maintains its own Quality Control System and Standard Operating Procedure for welding and installation of high-purity stainless steel tubing and piping systems.

These procedures include monitoring of all system components from receipt inspection (assurance of high-quality materials) through installation (required NDE, including weld documentation and video bore scope analysis) to final acceptance (delivery of final documentation packages including all QNQC inspection reports).
