IPPC has become a leading mechanical contractor performing major utility systems projects thru out the North Carolina University system as well as other Universities in Virginia.  We have installed thousands of linear feet of directed buried and steam tunnel piping over the past several years.

IPPC has performed major phyiscal plant expansions - including large chiller installations, complete mechanical room rebuilds, and the replacement of PRV stations in dozens of buildings.
